Returns Policy
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date your order is received. All return parts must be in new, undamaged condition, uninstalled, never plugged into any electrical connections, and in the original, undamaged packaging that it was sent in. Please also include a copy of your invoice/packing slip so we have the order information. There are no returns on airbags, electrical parts, modules, wiring harnesses, SD cards, Memory cards, fuel system parts, high performance parts, racing parts, special order parts, Body parts (bumpers, fenders, quarter panels, hoods, etc.) or previously installed parts. If an item is installed and found to be defective, please let us know and we can warranty it for you as all Nissan OEM parts come with a one year warranty. All returns in above stated condition are subject to a restocking fee to cover handling, labor, inspection, and repackaging unless stated otherwise. Orders not including the Nissan VIN number are subject to a 20% return fee with no refund on original or return shipping. We can provide a return label if requested. Return label and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. If the error is ours, we will cover return shipping expenses. We are flexible, if you have any concerns please feel free to email or call us. Please include your Nissan VIN number on the order so we can check for accuracy of the item(s).
Please read all part descriptions completely before ordering as some parts are labeled as Non-Returnable or have other stipulations that must be followed.
In the event of a damaged item, or an incorrectly shipped item please notify us within 5 business days from when you received the item. You can email us through the "contact us" link on the website informing us of the damage. Please include your order number and pictures of the item, box, and any packaging materials that were in the package.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise. If you choose to email us, please include your order number and "Return Authorization" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you may not receive full credit. Parts must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice (this can be found under “Your Account” on our site). All shipments must be prepaid. COD and freight collect shipments will be refused. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense.
Returns: Log in and click the order status icon located on the top-right corner of the screen. Click on the order number for the item that is being returned. In the next screen, click the return button and choose a reason for the return from the drop-down menu. We will then send you a Return Authorization number. At this point you can ship the item back to us. Write this number on the packing slip or invoice and include it with the return. You can print the packing slip from your order status screen. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured Fedex or UPS shipping. A credit will be issued when we have received the part and verified that its condition is acceptable.
VIN policy: Please include your VIN number on your order. By doing so, we can verify that the item(s) you are ordering are correct according to the original specs of the vehicle. We will check your VIN number to insure that you receive the same OEM part that came with your vehicle from the factory. If you order the wrong part then we will either amend the order to reflect the correct item, or cancel the order and email you a quote for the correct item. If you are "modifying" your vehicle and using a part that did not come with it from the factory, please let us know that in the notes section to avoid any confusion. If you purchase a part for an Infiniti vehicle on our website we cannot verify that it is correct for your VIN number as we do not have catalogs for Infiniti vehicles.
Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be OEM Nissan parts, assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original box with packaging. Catalytic Converter cores must have all materials inside still. All cores must be factory original parts. Aftermarket parts will not be accepted as cores. If you have any questions on core charges please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer them.
Warranty Policy: All Nissan OEM parts carry a 1 year limited non-transferable warranty (some exclusions apply) from the date of purchase. Warranty is valid on the part only, not labor. We do not warranty gaskets or seals that would be used to install the warrantied item. We do not honor the warranty on CVT transmissions. Also, as we are only a Nissan dealership, we do not honor warranties on Infiniti vehicles and we can only honor our warranty for vehicles sold in the U.S. If you purchase a part for an Infiniti vehicle on our website we cannot verify that it is correct for your VIN number as we do not have catalogs for Infiniti vehicles. Please inspect all Will Call (Local Pick Up) orders at time of pick up. We will only replace damaged items if the damage is found here at our facility.
