Shipping Policy

Many orders will be sent with a signature required for delivery.  If you want to bypass that feature, please put it in the notes on your order.  Some orders are re-boxed to allow for smaller packaging.  Re-boxed items are still returnable as long as they are meet all of our return policy requirements.

Please provide a secure place for your order to be delivered.  We are not responsible for stolen items.  Once the order has been delivered, we have fulfilled our obligation to you.

International orders may incur additional shipping or customs costs.  We are not responsible for any extra costs due to international shipping, nor are they prepaid to us on the order. 

Orders shipping internationally may incur other charges (taxes or duties) from your country or the shipping company.  We are not responsible for those charges.  We charge you the original shipping charge on the order only, no other fees.

All orders must have a valid Home or Business address.  Smaller items can be sent to P.O. Boxes.  If an item is too large to ship to a P.O. Box, we will contact you for a physical address.  Also, if you choose expedited or overnight shipping we will need a physical address.  Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limited to bumper components, body panels, engines, transmissions, require extra shipping charges; please email us for a quote before ordering. Please be specific as to what you want to have shipped and have the complete address to which it will be shipped. These items are necessary to give an accurate quote for shipping costs. If the actual shipping charges are more than what was calculated at checkout, you will be charged the additional shipping charges.  Estimated shipping times are based on when the order is actually shipped.  We only ship and deliver orders on Monday-Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped until the following week.  Before placing your order, you will be given an ETA date.  Orders placed after 2PM may not ship the same day.  Orders will be shipped via the delivery method you choose as soon as the item is available to ship.  Some items are special order parts.  If items in your order are special order it will take us 1-7 business days to receive them before they are shipped to you.   Orders over the amount of $300 must be shipped to the billing address for the credit card, or the verified address through Paypal.

Please include your VIN number on your order.  By doing so, we can verify that the item(s) you are ordering are correct according to the original specs of the vehicle.  We will check your VIN number to insure that you receive the same OEM part that came with your vehicle from the factory.  As we are a Nissan dealership, we cannot verify parts for Infiniti vehicles.  If you provide an Infiniti VIN number or an invalid Nissan VIN number the order will be treated as if there is no VIN number present.  If you order the wrong part then we will either amend the order to reflect the correct item, or cancel the order and email you a quote for the correct item.  If you are "modifying" your vehicle and using a part that did not come with it from the factory, please let us know that in the notes section to avoid any confusion.

In the event of a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days from when you received the item.  You can email us through the "contact us" link on the website informing us of the damage.  Please include your order number and pictures of the item, box, and any packaging materials that were in the package.

Discontinued Parts: Not all discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories are available for immediate shipment. Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. They are considered “Final Sale.”

Warranty Policy:  All Nissan OEM parts carry a 1 year limited warranty (some exclusions apply) from the date of purchase.  Warranty is valid on the part only, not labor.  We do not warranty gaskets or seals that would be used to install the warrantied item.  We do not honor the warranty on CVT transmissions.  Also, as we are only a Nissan dealership, we do not honor warranties on Infiniti vehicles.  If you purchase a part for an Infiniti vehicle on our website we cannot verify that it is correct for your VIN number as we do not have catalogs for Infiniti vehicles.  If you have any warranty questions please contact us prior to purchasing.

Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged and rebuildable, and in the original packaging. If you have any questions about core charges please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer them.  Transmission cores must be drained, returned in the original shipping container it arrived in, and contain all plugs that came with the new unit.  Also, the converter must be bolted back into the core with the supplied bracket.  Please fill out the paperwork that came with the transmission and attach it to the transmission core.
